We couldn't have asked for a better location close to the town high street. The hotel facilities were exceptional, including a large pool and spacious rooms with excellent furnishing. We were impressed with the cleanliness and safe private parking provided. The staff were very friendly and attentive, providing helpful recommendations for places to visit.

Everything was fantastic, we had no complaints whatsoever.

In room tea & coffee facilities would have been good but it appears these are rare in Europe.

The front desk woman was very helpful when it was necessary to use the house phone to call the us collect to resolve a credit card issue. Nonstop rain did not enhance the appeal of the hotel but I can imagine its beauty in netter weather.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and we appreciated the added touches like the welcome drink and pet amenities available. The hotel had a beautiful garden area with plenty of garden furniture to relax on, and the outdoor swimming pool was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We were not offered the fixed price menus at dinner I don't know why and only found out there was such a thing in the morning.

Great food, lovely pool

We recently stayed in a small hotel in Basque country. The location was perfect for our romantic escape as we enjoyed exploring the surrounding towns and countryside. The hotel had a lovely garden where we spent a lot of time during the day. The pool was also a bonus, offering a refreshing dip in the warm weather.

The room we were given was uncomfortable and lacked basic amenities. The bed was too soft and lumpy, and the pillows were old and flat.

My recent stay in a hotel was a fantastic experience. the location was right in the center of a charming little town close to the town high street, but sufficiently away from major tourist areas. My room had a lovely view and had all the necessary facilities, including a small safe and a fridge with complementary drinks. the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. the staff was brilliant and accommodating, and the breakfast had an outstanding selection.

The evening meal was a bit lengthy, and I felt like it took up a lot of my time.

The shower temperature was hard to control and would suddenly turn cold every few minutes. This was a bit frustrating for us.
